Cadillac Transmission Problems

Transmission issues make up roughly 7% of all Cadillac owner complaints. The majority of the issues have been reported by CTS owners.

The complaint we hear about most often is dead transfer case in the 2009 CTS.

    Certain 2010-11 Cadillac SRX vehicles have a problem where the shifter may disengage from the transmission because the cable connecting the two components was installed improperly.
